Evaluation of agronomic efficiency and Techincal feasibility of the use of Terra-Sorb® complex in soybean crops
What benefit does the application of Terra-Sorb® complex bring to soybean crops?
Objective: to evaluate the use of Terra-Sorb® complex in soybean cultivation at different stages of application and the resulting benefit.
Materials and methods: the M6410 variety (Monsoy) was used with a final density of 320,000 plants per ha. Organomineral fertilizer (07-25-00) was used and KCl according to soil analysis, also making routine cultural practices and phytosanitary treatments. The experimental design used was randomized blocks, with seven treatments, in three replications. The total plots were used an area of 13.75 m² and evaluations were made in a real area of each plot of 6.6 m². All plots were corrected at harvest time for humidity of 13%. Terra-Sorb® complex was applied using a foliar spraying and dose of 0.5 L/ha and seed treatment (TS) at a dose of 0.4 L/ha, comparing different times and numbers of applications (Table 1.).
The control has not received treatment with Terra-Sorb® complex. There were 5 treatments with Terra-Sorb® complex, in which Treatment 2 was applied in TS, Treatment 3 was applied in TS and in V3, treatment 4 was applied in TS, V3 and V8, treatment 5 was applied in TS and in V3, V8 and R1. Finally, Treatment 6 was applied 3 times in V3, V8 and R1.
Result: An increase in productivity of up to 13% is observed when the product Terra-Sorb® complex was applied 4 times in different vegetative stages of soy. As for the quantitative results, 4 applications of Terra-Sorb® complex provided 12% more pods/plant and 9% more grains/plant when compared to the control (Table 2).
Conclusion: The use of Terra-Sorb® complex at 0.5 L/ha via leaf and 0.4 L/ha in TS proved to be efficient agronomically and with good technical efficiency of use in soybean culture.
