OBJECTIVES:

To identify the features of Terramin® Pro, an L-α-amino acid based biostimulant, regarding current concerns on global agricultural the product was evaluated with two objectives:
  1. Under Gheom® DNA sequencing analysis to characterize both bacterial and fungal microbial communities, to assess if it potentiates the benefits from host-plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) from an open field trial on lettuce in three different types of soil and,
  2. Assessing the possibility of reducing mineral nitrogen in put by supplementing Terramin® Pro without reducing crop yield.
