	 OBJECTIVES:
To identify the features of Terramin® Pro, an L-α-amino acid based biostimulant, regarding current concerns on global agricultural the product was evaluated with two objectives:
- Under Gheom® DNA sequencing analysis to characterize both bacterial and fungal microbial communities, to assess if it potentiates the benefits from host-plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) from an open field trial on lettuce in three different types of soil and,
- Assessing the possibility of reducing mineral nitrogen in put by supplementing Terramin® Pro without reducing crop yield.
