Field Experience | AminoQuelant® | Olive Tree
Olive leaf spot, which is caused by the Spilocaea oleagina fungus, is the most common disease in olive groves, affecting a large number of regions. Olive leaf spot causes round-shaped spots on the leaves, which fall off prematurely. This defoliation weakens the tree, with a significant part of the crop being lost.

Pathogens attack plants, causing them stress. Strawberry powdery mildew (Sphaerotheca macularis sp. Fragariae) is one of the most common diseases in this type of crop. It is a fungus that covers leaves, fruits, stems and buds with a white dust, inducing leaf curl, lack of flowering and finally the death of the plant.

Field Experience | Terra-Sorb® | Horticultural
Since 1986, Bioiberica has been working on natural solutions for plant stress, which negatively affects both the quantity and quality of crops. We have developed a range of products for plant stress that favor biostimulation, nutrition and plant protection.

Field Experience | Frut trees | Crop-Scan®
Modern day techniques for the diagnosing of nutritional and crop stresses that are available to the producer are limited by the size of the plot, thus yielding scarcely representative results due to the difficulties inherent in examining a large number of samples.

Amino acids are natural molecules that fulfil the role of protein precursors. However, whether individually or as part of the proteins, they perform various physiological functions in plant metabolism: they stimulate root development, the opening of stomata and cell membrane permeability; they are also precursors of hormones, nucleic acids and other important organic compounds such as chlorophyll and polyphenols. In addition, amino acids play a significant role in osmoregulation and some of them are capable of forming complexes with nutrients.

Field Experience | Olive Tree | Crop-Scan®
The CROP-SCAN® service provides quick, precise data on hydric stress, strength, chlorophyll content and efficiency in photosynthetic activity for all trees in a plot, thus allowing for the early detection of differences in yield that cannot be detected by the naked eye. This allows farmers to implement the necessary measures to optimize the plot’s yield.
